A fixation bandage should always fit reliably, non-slip and wrinkle-free and largely preserve the patient's freedom of movement. Elastomull ® is an elastic fixation bandage that meets all of these requirements. Wound dressings and compresses are fixed securely, flexibly and non-slip, ideal for use on parts of the body and joints that move a lot.
The fixation bandage is characterized by pleasant wearing properties and particularly good skin compatibility. Thanks to the high cotton content, Elastomull ® is very soft and comfortable. The high elasticity allows almost unrestricted freedom of movement. The light, loosely woven material is permeable to air. This allows the skin to breathe and unpleasant sweating and itching under the bandage are avoided. The flexibility and high extensibility of the fabric enables the fixation bandage to be applied quickly and easily.

What material is Elastomull ® made of?
Elastomull ®consists of 42% cotton, 29% viscose and 29% polyamide. The high-quality materials ensure good skin compatibility.
Elastomull is made without natural rubber latex. Due to the latex-free formula, the elastic fixation bandage can also be used if you are allergic to latex. Is Elastomull ®
suitable for sensitive skin?
Elastomull ® is characterized by particularly good skin compatibility. The fixation bandage can also be used without concern on people with sensitive skin.
What widths is Elastomull ® available in?
Elastomull ® is available in five different widths: 4 cm, 6 cm, 8 cm, 10 cm and 12 cm. Each roll is 4 meters long. The elastic fixation bandage is available in boxes of 20 rolls. For hygienic reasons, each bandage is individually packaged.
