EMLA plaster locally anesthetizes the skin and thus reduces the sensation of pain in the treated skin area. A suitable area of application is, for example, skin anesthesia before measuring the blood sugar level or as a preparation for vaccination. The dosage for adults
and adolescents over 12 years of age is one or more patches to stick on the skin areas to be treated and leave on for 1 hour. Sticking the plasters on is easy and uncomplicated. Emla plasters are dermatologically tested and are of the highest quality.
USE:
Emla plaster allows easy and uncomplicated sticking on the areas to be treated. It is used for local anesthesia of the skin to reduce the sensation of pain. Emla plasters are dermatologically tested.
EMLA patch, lidocaine and prilocaine APPLICATION:
The exposure time of the EMLA patch is
1-2 hours after sticking it on the skin area to be treated. The patch should not be cut or divided in any other way.
