Capsule 1:
Vitamins for the maintenance of vision
Capsule 1 contributes vitamin A to the maintenance of normal vision. It also contains the omega-3 fatty acid DHA in combination with lutein, zeaxanthin and blueberry extract.

Vitamin A and B2
The fat-soluble vitamin A and the water-soluble vitamin B2 contribute to maintaining normal vision. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.

20 mg lutein plus 1 mg zeaxanthin
Lutein and zeaxanthin are mainly found in plant-based foods (e.g. green vegetables). The so-called "yellow spot" of the retina contains a high concentration of lutein and zeaxanthin. The "yellow spot" is in the middle of the back of the eye.

25 mg blueberry extract
Blueberries are a popular type of berry in human nutrition. They were collected centuries ago in the forests and moors of Europe and valued for their ingredients.

DHA from highly concentrated sea fish oil
The omega-3 fatty acid DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is found in the photoreceptor cells of the retina. The Doppelherz system capsules contain a particularly high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids. The omega-3 concentrate achieves an omega-3 fatty acid content of 55%.

Conventional fish oil products contain only about 30%. It is precisely the omega-3 fatty acids that make fish oils so valuable.

Recommended dosage:
