Composition 1 hard capsule contains:
Ferrum-Quartz original substance 149.6 mg. (1 g of original substance contains: Ferrum sulfuricum 0.64 g, Mel 0.32 g, Vinum 0.02 g and Quartz 0.16 g.)
Other ingredients: Calcium behenate, cellulose powder, guar, lactose monohydrate. Capsule shell: gelatin, iron oxide black (E 172), ammonium caramel (E 150c).

According to anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature.
These include: vascular headaches, migraines, complaints after concussion; nervous exhaustion, especially those that are genetic.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 1 capsule 1 - 2 times daily, unchewed, with 1 glass of water.

According to the anthroposophical understanding of man and nature, the areas of application include vascular-related headaches, migraines, complaints after concussion, and states of nervous exhaustion, especially those that are congenital.
How should Ferrum Quartz capsules be taken?
Always take Ferrum Quartz capsules exactly as your doctor has told you.
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is:
take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily. Swallow the capsule whole with 1 glass of water.
Treatment of an acute illness should be completed after 2 weeks. If there is no improvement within 3 days, a doctor should be consulted.
The duration of treatment of chronic diseases requires consultation with the doctor.
