How to use your cycle computer with the Daysy mobile app:
Use as intended. Before use, read the instructions for use. Every day after waking up, measure your temperature in your mouth, it takes 60 seconds. The measurement result is analyzed (the computer uses a database of over a million women's cycles for this purpose). Then, precise information about fertility for the next 24 hours appears.
Meaning of the signals: red light – you are fertile (you can get pregnant); flashing red light – ovulation day; green light – you are not fertile (no need to use protection); yellow light – learning phase/cycle fluctuation (women who do not want to get pregnant should treat these days as fertile days).
