With FISH OIL OMEGA 3 you get high-quality oil from deep-sea fish packed in soft gel capsules that are tasteless and odorless. With the daily dose of two soft gel capsules you get 2,000 mg oil from deep sea fish, of which an average of 660 mg omega-3 fatty acids (including 360 mg EPA and 240 mg DHA) and 20 mg vitamin E. health Alpha-linolenic acid and the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) from deep-sea fish.
