Nutritional values:
Recommended dosage: Stir one sachet or one dosing spoon of Flosa
Balance® into a large glass (approx. 200 ml) of liquid 3 times a day.
It is best to take Flosa Balance® before or during a meal as follows.
- Pour the contents of one sachet or one dosing spoon of Flosa Balance® into a glass.
- Slowly fill the glass with water (non-carbonated) or, for example, orange juice.
- Stir and drink immediately.
- Drink another glass of liquid.
Taking into account the consumption recommendation, 5.1 g inulin and 4.8 g Indian psyllium husk are added per day.
It is ideal to take Flosa Balance® for at least 7 days.
Flosa Balance® can be used long-term
