pancakes
Ingredients for 1 - 2 people:
100 g protein pancake mixture for approx. 5 pancakes, 300 ml water, 2 figs, a little olive oil
FOR YOU protein Preparation:
Process 100 g protein pancake mixture with 300 ml water per serving to a mass. Cut the figs into slices. Bake about 5 pancakes in a non-stick pan with ½ teaspoon olive oil per pancake at medium temperature. Before turning the pancakes, spread the fig slices (not all of them) on top, fry the figs on one side. Use the remaining fig pieces as a garnish around the pancakes.
