The product has long-lasting acaricidal (kills ticks) (Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus turanicus) and repellent (prevents parasites from feeding) effectiveness in the case of tick infestations (Ixodes ricinus) for a period of 7-8 months. The product is effective against larvae, nymphs and adult ticks.
If the cat has a history of ticks prior to treatment, applying a collar may not kill the arachnids within 48 hours; ticks may remain attached and visible. Therefore, it is recommended to remove any ticks already present on the animal when the collar is put on.
