Formigran ®is an over-the-counter medicine for the acute treatment of the headache phases of migraine attacks with and without aura. Migraine attacks often take the form of a unilateral headache. This pain is often described as a throbbing or throbbing headache. Migraine attacks are often accompanied by visual disturbances such as flickering and flashing in front of the eyes, this is referred to as a migraine with aura. ACTIVE FORMIGRAN migraine INGREDIENTS
Naratriptan 2.5 mg Excipients : contains microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.), Hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), triacetin, iron (III) hydroxide oxide (E172), indigo carmine aluminum salt ( E132).

INSTRUCTIONS FORMIGRAN migraine Naratriptan FOR USE
Unless otherwise prescribed, the usual dose for adults (18 to 65 years of age) is: 1 film-coated tablet of Formigran ®(equivalent to 2.5 mg naratriptan) should be taken as soon as possible after the first signs of migraine headache. The film-coated tablets are also effective when used at a later point in time during the migraine attack.
• Formigran ® should be swallowed whole with water.
• If the symptoms have improved after taking the first film-coated tablet, but the migraine pain comes back, a second film-coated tablet can be taken, but no earlier than 4 hours after taking the first film-coated tablet.
• No more than 2 film-coated tablets should be taken in a 24-hour period. No more than 2 film-coated tablets should be taken for a migraine attack.
• If the first dose of Formigran ® does not improve the symptoms, a second dose should not be taken for the same attack, as this does not improve the symptoms.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Store drug out of reach of children. Formigran ® is only suitable for patients who know they have a migraine. If the patient is unsure whether he / she suffers from migraines, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted.
