Areas of application: For the treatment and prevention of a flea and / or Tick infestation if at the same time a repelling effect (preventing blood uptake) against sand flies, biting flies and / or others. Mosquitoes is indicated. Fleas: treatment and prevention of flea infestation with Ctenocephalides felis and prevention of flea infestation with C. canis. Treatment prevents a new flea infestation for 4 weeks. The veterinary medicinal product can be used as part of a treatment strategy for flea allergy dermatitis, provided this has been previously diagnosed by a veterinarian. Ticks: treatment and prevention of tick infestations (Dermacentor reticulatus, Ixodes ricinus, Rhipicephalus sanguineus). The treatment kills ticks (D. reticulatus, I. ricinus, R. sanguineus) and has a repellent effect against ticks (I. ricinus, R. sanguineus) for 4 weeks after treatment. Using FRONTLINE TRI-ACT ® Take the pre-dosed
pipette out of the packaging and cut off the tip of the pipette. Part the dog's fur in two places on the neck and empty the pipette halfway at the first and then at the second, directly on the dog's skin. Already done - from the application points, the active ingredient spreads like an invisible protective film over the entire skin of the dog within one to two days.
After application, FRONTLINE TRI-ACT ® spreads over the entire body surface of the dog with the natural sebum film of the skin in one to two days and acts like an external, invisible protective coat against parasites. Ticks, fleas and flying insects such as mosquitoes and biting flies are repelled before the bite.
There is also protection against the tiger mosquito, which is mostly widespread in the south but is also being observed more and more in Germany.
