Intesta Biom, Functional intestinal disorders, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) composition:
A mixture of fully hydrogenated triglycerides of fatty acids from palm oil, sodium butyrate, Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-3856 yeast, natural cranberry flavor, sweetener - acesulfame K. Contains a sweetener, contains a source of phenylalanine.
Nutritional value in 100g/one sachet (2.54g):energy value – 2557kJ (618kcal)/64kJ (15kcal), fat – 57g, including: saturated fatty acids – 56g/1.4g, including: saturated fatty acids – 1.4g, carbohydrates – 15g, including: sugars – 4.1g/<0.5g, including: sugars <0.5g, protein - 8.1g/<0.5g, salt - 13.03g/0.33g, sodium - 5.23g/0.13g. One serving (one sachet) contains 2000 mg of microgranulated sodium butyrate and triglycerides of plant origin (equivalent to 600 mg of sodium butyrate) and 500 mg of ibSium probiotic (equivalent to 4 billion CFU - colony-forming units).

The composition of the preparation consists of sodium butyrate and the patented probiotic ibSium. Food for special medical purposes Intesta Biom is intended for use in dietary management of functional intestinal disorders (including irritable bowel syndrome), a diet low in fiber and dysbiosis. IbSium is a probiotic - yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-3856, which helps alleviate severe symptoms associated with functional intestinal disorders and helps restore the balance of intestinal flora. Sodium butyrate provides energy to intestinal epithelial cells, thus supporting their proper functioning. The use of sodium butyrate is especially recommended for people with intestinal problems. Thanks to the patented microencapsulation formula, sodium butyrate is released only in the intestines, also in the large intestine.

Additional information:
Store the product out of the reach of children, at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against moisture and light. The product is not intended for parenteral use. Do not use as the sole source of food. Contains a source of phenylalanine. There is no data on the safety of use in women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It should not be used in people who do not have the above-mentioned diseases or health disorders or when there are no medical indications for its use.
Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation. Do not use in case of gastrointestinal obstruction and galactosemia.
How to use Intesta Biom sachets, Functional intestinal disorders, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS):
Should be used under medical supervision. Unless your doctor advises otherwise, adults are recommended to use one sachet a day - during the main meal. Unless your doctor advises otherwise, children over 7 years of age are recommended to use 1/4 of the sachet twice a day - with a meal. Unless your doctor advises otherwise, it is recommended to give 1/4 of a sachet to children aged 3 to 7 - preferably in the evening during a meal. Take the contents directly from the sachet or mix with thick food (e.g. yogurt). It is not recommended to mix with liquids because the product ingredients do not dissolve in water and other drinks. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is recommended to use it to obtain the desired effect.
