Galactose is a naturally occurring simple sugar or monosaccharide. It belongs to the group of carbohydrates and is structurally closely related to glucose. It is considered a functional and purely natural sugar with good tolerance and is only slowly metabolized in the body.

Recommended consumption:
Take 1 heaped teaspoon (1 heaped teaspoon = 3 g) twice daily between meals with tea or water. The interval between meals should be at least 1 hour.
