Recommended use:

Ginkgo – 1 A Pharma ® 240 mg is suitable for use in adults aged 18 and over. Adults take half (½) film-coated tablet of Ginkgo – 1 A Pharma ® 240 mg

twice daily . It should be taken in the morning and evening. The tablets should be swallowed (not chewed) with liquid, preferably a glass of drinking water. It can be taken regardless of meals. The treatment should last at least 8 weeks. If the symptoms have not improved after 3 months or if the symptoms of the disease worsen, the doctor should check whether continuing treatment is still justified. Please also read the package leaflet and ask your doctor or pharmacist.

An adult should take half (½) film-coated tablet (equivalent to 240 mg Ginkgo biloba extract per day) twice daily. The tablets should be swallowed whole with liquid, preferably a glass of water. It can be taken regardless of meals. The tablets should not be taken lying on your back.

Can I take Ginkgo – 1 A Pharma ® 240 mg in combination with other medicines?

Ginkgo can affect the way other medicines work. Therefore, do not take this medicine before consulting your doctor
• if you are taking anticoagulants (e.g. phenprocoumon and warfarin) or antiplatelet drugs (e.g. clopidogrel, acetylsalicylic acid and other
non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)
• if you are taking dabigatran
• if you are taking nifedipine.

Taking Ginkgo biloba preparations and efavirenz at the same time is not recommended.
