GREEK mountain tea Sideritis scardica Bio Salus 40 g
Use/Application/Recommended consumption:
Pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over 1 tablespoon of Greek mountain tea, let it steep for 8 minutes, and then strain. For traditional preparation, add 2 tablespoons to ½ liter of freshly boiled water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then strain. Depending on the region, a little honey, cinnamon, or a squeeze of lemon juice is added after cooling.
