Each green coffee extract capsule contains 300 mg green coffee extract with 45% chlorogenic acids in combination with   guarana, vitamin C and cayenne pepper.

Recommended GREEN COFFEE extract, guarana, vitamin C and cayenne pepper dosage:

Consume 1 capsule twice a day with plenty of low-calorie liquid (approx. 0.5 litres).
