Drink 1 glass / cup of tea several times a day.
How and when should you take H & S® Cough and herbal tea for cough N?
1 filter bag for 1 glass / cup. Pour boiling water over it and leave it covered for about 10 minutes. Take out the filter bag and squeeze it out gently. Drink the freshly prepared tea as hot as possible.
