Hascovir control Max 0.4g is a drug in the form of tablets containing acyclovir as the active substance. This preparation is indicated for the prevention of recurrence of herpes simplex in adults.

The composition of Hascovir control Max 0.4 g:

Active ingredient: acyclovir (Aciclovirum). One tablet contains 400 mg of acyclovir and the excipients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch (type A), potato starch, magnesium stearate.

The preparation contains the maximum dose of acyclovir - 400 mg in one tablet. The drug is indicated for use in adults with normal immunity as a means of preventing recurrence of herpes simplex. This preparation can be used in people who have been diagnosed with a herpes simplex virus infection in the past,

Store the product out of reach of children at room temperature. It is recommended to protect against the effects of moisture and light. Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the drug, as well as to valaciclovir. Do not use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.

Side effects of Hascovir control Max 0.4g:

Dosage of Hascovir control Max 0.4g tablets:

Use as directed by your doctor or according to the directions on the leaflet. Dosage for adults: take one tablet (400 mg) twice a day with an interval of 12 hours. Can be used with or without food. Do not use for more than one month without prior consultation with a doctor, especially in conditions of exposure to factors causing recurrence of herpes (e.g. stress, fever, exposure to sun rays). Fluid intake should be increased during treatment. If there is no improvement or worsening after a month of using the drug, contact your doctor. In consultation with your doctor, you can extend the treatment, but the therapy should be stopped every 6-12 months to monitor any changes in the course of the disease.
