INtake

RECOMMENDED INTAKE:

AMOUNT: 2 x 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per day

WHEN:
• In the morning on an empty stomach
• In the evening before going to bed

HOW: 
Pure: add a pinch to saliva and rinse down with 1 glass of still water.

Tea infusion: add ½ teaspoon of Heidelberger´s 7 Kräuter-Stern® (organic) to hot water, let it steep for 5 minutes, then drink hot or cold.

Salad creations: You can also top your salad creations with a pinch of original Heidelberger´s 7 Kräuter-Stern® (organic). Experience the “Fitter-through-Bitter” pleasure!

Juices and smoothies: stir in up to ½ teaspoon depending on taste and needs
