The 1200g pack lasts for 24 days and offers flexible consumption, e.g., mixed with oat milk or water, enhanced with fruit, or stirred into plant-based yogurt.
Recommended intake:
Prepare one level scoop (50 g) once daily in a shaker with 400 ml of plant-based milk (e.g., oat or almond milk) or alternatively with water. The scoop is included. The shake can also be enjoyed as a smoothie with fruits and vegetables. For optimal results, consume at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal.
