Hang the herbal pillow in a sieve over a pot of boiling water until it is warm and moist. Then place the pillow on the right side of your stomach (liver) and, wrapped up snuggly, let go of all thoughts for the next 20 minutes. Use the herbal pillow like this for seven consecutive days. You will see that the herbal pillow brings pure relaxation. The pillow can be reused up to 8 times.
It is best to let the cushion air dry between uses: in summer you can place it on the windowsill and in winter on the radiator.
