Areas of application:
- For flushing out the urinary tract in cases of inflammatory diseases and as a preventative measure against kidney gravel
- If there is blood in the urine, fever, or if symptoms persist for more than 5 days, a doctor should be consulted.
- Preparation: Pour 1 measuring spoon of tea infusion powder into a mug with hot or warm water (approx. 150 ml) while stirring and sweeten to taste.

- Goldenrod and birch leaf preparations are traditionally used over a period of 2 to 4 weeks
