HistaBakt is a specially developed bacterial mixture of six lactic acid-producing bacterial strains (histamine-degrading and histamine-neutral bacterial strains) and Nutriose (= resistant corn dextrin).
Particularly noteworthy are the strains Bifidobacterium longum and Bifidobacterium infantis.
HistaBakt is vegan, free of gluten, lactose and fructose. Due to the encapsulation, the bacteria survive the stomach passage. If it is not practical to consume capsules, the capsules can be opened, the product is tasteless and can be dissolved in almost all drinks or dairy dishes. We recommend consuming it in capsule form to increase intestinal absorption.
1 capsule contains 10 × 10⁹ kbU viable lactic acid bacteria for intestinal regulation in cases of histamine intolerance. With a daily dose of 3 capsules, 30 × 10⁹ cfu of viable lactic acid bacteria are absorbed.

Recommended consumption:
1 capsule 3 times a day. It is optimal to consume it at least 15 minutes before a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
