How and when should you take Activomin?
Activomin is taken as a capsule whole with water or tea with or after meals.

How often, how long and how much should you take Activomin?

In the acute stage of the symptoms:
Adults are recommended to take 2 capsules 3 times a day for the first 10 days. After that, 1 capsule 3 times a day should be taken for another 20 days.
For children over 6 years of age, it is recommended to take 1 capsule 3 times a day for the first 10 days. After that, one capsule per day is sufficient for another 20 days.

Maintenance dosage:
After a short waiting time to observe the body's reaction, the treatment can be repeated and continued with an individual dosage. The dosage should be adapted to the respective needs and take place in consultation with the therapist.
Recommended guidelines for adults are between 3 x 2 capsules and 1 x 1 capsule daily, depending on the severity of the disease.
For children, 1 x 1 capsule daily has proven itself as a maintenance dosage.
The treatment pack with 120 capsules is particularly suitable for maintenance dosing or long-term therapy.
