Potassium – the big plus. As the name suggests, ODS 1K is based on ODS 1. Instead of hypo-A magnesium-calcium in ODS 1, ODS 1K contains potassium spe. This provides ODS 1K with additional potassium, iodine, and mobybdenum. The "K" stands for potassium (spe), and ODS 1 for "Orthomolecular Intestinal Rehabilitation 1".
