Use and dosage of Iberogast ® Classic
The drops are easily taken three times a day with some liquid - either before or with meals. You should shake the bottle well beforehand.
The following instructions must be observed for the correct dosage:
• Children between 3 and 5 years of age take 10 drops each.
• Children between 6 and 12 years of age take 15 drops each.
• Young people from 13 years of age and adults take 20 drops each.
Thanks to the screw cap and the robust bottle, you can safely carry Iberogast ® Classic with you in your handbag when you are out and about. Iberogast ® Classic is available without a prescription and in two pack sizes:
• 20 milliliters for around 20 applications (ideal to take with you)
• 50 milliliters for around 50 applications (optimal size when traveling or for the whole family)
Once the bottle has been opened, the product has a shelf life of up to eight weeks. If you accidentally take a single dose of Iberogast ® Classic more than intended, ie a total of 40 to 60 drops, this usually has no adverse effects. However, if you have taken significantly higher doses, you should inform your doctor.
