Inositol belongs to the group of B vitamins and is a component of lecithin. It is mainly found in meat, milk, beans, grains, nuts and fruits. In addition, inositol can be formed by the intestinal bacteria, which covers a significant part of the daily requirement. The daily requirement is estimated at 1.0 to 1.5 g. There are several - 9 in total - different molecular forms for inositol. Only one, myoinositol, is biologically active.

Inositol 200 mg GPH capsules contain 200 mg myo-inositol in a hard gelatine capsule. Inositol has a variety of effects in the organism. It combines with choline to form lecithin.

Description of raw materials:
Inositol capsules are a quality product with high-quality raw materials. Myoinositol is produced by chemical synthesis on the basis of raw materials of non-animal origin. The gelatine used in the hard gelatine capsules is BSE/TSE-tested pharmaceutical gelatine.

Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with liquid

Note:
Suitable for diabetics. It is recommended for diabetics to take it, especially since diabetics excrete large amounts of inositol in their urine. Inositol is non-toxic. There are no reports of negative reactions, even with very large doses.
