chicory root fibre, INULIN POWDER:

Aurica Inulin is a water-soluble, slightly sweet-tasting dietary fiber obtained from the chicory root. Inulin is one of the prebiotic dietary fibers. Regular consumption of inulin can help to compensate for a diet-related dietary fiber deficit. Inulin is ideal for diabetics because it does not affect blood sugar levels.

Aurica Inulin is ideal as an ingredient in baking:
replacing 10% of the specified flour with inulin increases the fiber content and fluffs up the baked goods.

Due to the swelling effect, inulin can also be used as a thickening agent. Inulin is easily soluble, has a creamy consistency and is therefore often used in low-fat dairy products. In addition, the slightly sweet taste helps to reduce sweeteners.

Ingredients INULIN POWDER, chicory root fibre:

Recommended INULIN POWDER, chicory root fibre dosage:

Stir 1 - 2 tablespoons of inulin (2 tablespoons = 20 g) daily into water, fruit juice, milk, yoghurt, quark or muesli as desired.

Note: When consuming dietary fiber, it is important to ensure an adequate fluid intake of 1-2 liters per day.

In addition, a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise are important for well-being.
