Doppelherz Eisen Vital contains iron in the form of iron(II) gluconate and a combination of 4 B vitamins as well as vitamin C and zinc. Vitamin C increases iron absorption and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to protecting cells from oxidative stress.
