Ethyl esters of higher fatty acids with a high content of essential unsaturated fatty acids omega-3,6,9, coating ingredients (corn starch, glycerol, carrageenan, coconut oil, carnauba wax), rosemary oil (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), natural flavor Japanese cherry blossom (sakura), coenzyme Q10, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), sweetener (sucralose).

Adults: 2 capsules a day, with a meal.
