KERALIZIN Kx2 gel 50 gr.
KERALIZIN Kx2 gel Purpose:
scars;
hyperkeratosis.
Action:
The main active ingredient - sodium sulfite - is involved in the rupture of disulfide bridges of the keratin molecule. In this way, the gel breaks down damaged and necrotized tissue into water-soluble products.
Hyperkeratosis is a thickening of the stratum corneum (outermost) layer of the skin. It is often due to the presence of too much keratin.
Causes of hyperkeratosis:
Chronic eczema;
Chronic pressure and friction - calluses;
Abnormal immune system reaction:
Psoriatic plaques;
Lichen Planus;
Actinic keratoses caused by excessive exposure to UV radiation.
Keratin is an extremely difficult protein to break down. In its structure it contains many disulfide bridges, which "cross-link" the structure of the protein and make it almost non-degradable by ordinary proteolytic enzymes.
KERALIZIN Kx2 gel Active ingredients:
Sodium Sulfite - 3-valent aliphatic alcohol;
Chlorhexidine Digluconate - with antiseptic and bactericidal action;
Subtilisin - 500 STA units - with proteolytic action;
Glycerin - with osmotic and emollient action.
How to use:
Apply a thin layer of gel /0.5 - 1 mm./ on well-cleansed skin or gauze and apply on the damaged area. Apply once a day!
To remove rough skin on the heels: smear them with KERALYSIN gel, put your feet in socks and leave them to stand overnight. Wash them in the morning. When bathing, the horny surface becomes soft and can be removed mechanically with the help of pumice stone for heels. After 3-4 procedures the heels become incredibly smooth and gentle.
