The Artemisia gel (hydrogel) protects and nourishes the skin. It also provides support for skin irritations and problem skin. Only the dried leaf tips are used, without stems or woody parts, resulting in high quality. The valuable active ingredients are then extracted and used in the hydrogel.
The Artemisia plant (Artemisia annua) is a member of the wormwood family. It is an annual plant that grows into a bush as tall as a person in summer and thrives even in our temperate climate. To date, over 240 different secondary plant compounds have been isolated and identified in its leaf tips, including numerous polyphenols and artemisinin. Artemisia gel is made using a highly concentrated extract of the leaf tips containing all these active ingredients.
The artemisia extract is blended with inner leaf aloe vera gel. This gel is quickly absorbed into the deeper layers of the skin and is free of aloin, which is found in the outer leaf and is toxic.
A high-quality frankincense oil (Boswellia carterii oil) is added, giving the gel a pleasant scent and supporting skin regeneration. Artemisia gel is paraben-free.
Application
Apply Artemisia Gel gently to the affected areas 2-3 times daily as needed and allow it to take effect.
