Lifenol ® is a patented extract based on a plant extract from hops (Humulus Lupulus). It contains 8-prenylnaringenin, which is classified as a phytoestrogen. A study carried out showed the optimal daily intake of at least 85 mg of Lifenol ® over a period of 6 weeks.
Other plant extracts from linseed, red clover, yams and sage complement the formula.
Lignan is a plant extract obtained from linseed. Like isoflavonoids, lignans are secondary plant ingredients, specifically phytoestrogens. The isoflavones contained in red clover are also phytoestrogens.
Sage (Salvia Officinalis) is a plant that has been valued for centuries and contains polyphenols and essential oils.
