The original Klosterfrau Japanese medicinal plant oil with 100% pure mint oil can be taken orally, inhaled, or applied externally. Take it orally for digestive problems, such as bloating and flatulence, as well as for respiratory tract infections with thick mucus. It can also be inhaled for respiratory tract infections. Apply externally for muscle pain (myalgia) and neuralgia-like symptoms.

DOSAGE
For use in adolescents aged 12 years and older and adults:
For respiratory tract infections with thick mucus:
Add 1-2 drops to a glass of warm water 3 times daily and drink in small sips, or place on the back of the hand and lick off.
For inhalation: Add 3-4 drops to a bowl of boiling water 2-3 times daily and inhale the rising steam for approximately 10 minutes. To enhance the effect, a towel can be placed over the head and the bowl.
For digestive problems: Add 1-2 drops to a glass of warm water 3 times a day and drink in sips.
For external use: Apply 3-5 drops to painful areas 2-3 times daily. Avoid contact with the eyes.
Areas of application:
Internally: For oral use in cases of digestive problems, e.g., bloating and flatulence; for oral or inhalation use in cases of respiratory tract infections with thick mucus. Externally: For muscle pain (myalgia) and neuralgia-like symptoms.
