Arnica Gel dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed, adults and adolescents from the age of 12 apply a strand of gel 3 cm long per palm-sized area to the skin and spread it twice a day.
Important instructions
Contact of the gel with eyes and mucous membranes as well as open wounds should be avoided. Do not use on the nipple area while breastfeeding.
