sleep well dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, adults and adolescents from 12 years of age take: For mild nervous tension, 1 coated tablet once a day, if necessary 1 coated tablet up to 3 times a day. To treat insomnia, 1 coated tablet half an hour to an hour before going to bed. If necessary, 1 coated tablet can be taken earlier in the evening; the maximum daily dose is 4 coated tablets.
