Kneipp® nettle coated tablets contain 35.0 mg dry extract per coated tablet corresponding to approx. 192 mg nettle leaves and 185 mg nettle leaf powder.
This means that 1 dragee corresponds to approx. 377 mg of nettle leaves.
A tip: a sufficient supply of fluids (at least two liters per day) supports the effect considerably!

stinging nettle dosage
Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age take 1 to 2 coated tablets three times a day before meals with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water (250 ml).
