1 g ointment contains: 0.10 g Acidum L(+)-lacticum D1 dil. (HAB, regulation 5a, D1 with purified water). Excipients: 0.38 g Wool Wax Alcohol Ointment, 0.10 g Medium Chain Triglycerides, 0.03 g Glycerol Monostearate 40-55, 0.23 g Propylene Glycol, 0.02 g Magnesium Sulfate 7 H2O, 0.14 g Water for Injections.

Precautionary measures:
Since there is no sufficiently documented experience of use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, the drug should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor. There is insufficient documented experience with the use of this medicine in children. It should therefore not be used in children under the age of 12.
Cetylstearyl alcohol (part of wool wax alcohol ointment) can cause localized skin irritation (eg contact dermatitis). Propylene glycol can also cause skin irritation.
