APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS
Too little sunscreen reduces the sun protection factor (SPF). The 11-finger rule helps you apply the right amount:
• Two strokes* each for legs and back
• One stroke* each for chest, stomach, and arms
• One stroke* for face, neck, and throat
Pay particular attention to: nose, lips, ears, shoulders, décolleté, tops of feet, and bald scalp.
To maintain protection, reapply every two hours and after swimming or sweating.
*One stroke corresponds to a strip of cream from the tip of your middle finger to the base of your wrist.
