Recommended intake:
You can take 1-5 capsules of Laluk ® 4500 per day. The amount of lactase that you should take depends on the lactose content of the food and the body's own production of lactase.
1 capsule of Laluk ® 4500 has 4500 FCC units of lactase per capsule and can break down approx. 10-20 g of lactose. The capsule can be swallowed just before consuming lactose-containing food and drinks, or alternatively the capsule contents can be added directly to the food or drink (below 50°C).
