AREAS OF LECICARBON S CO2 infant laxative suppository APPLICATION:

 

All forms of frequent constipation (habitual constipation), especially in the case of insufficient rectal emptying reflex, constipation with a diet low in slag or lack of exercise (bedridden patients). Disorders of emptying after operations or in childbirth. Lecicarbon® is used for the desired emptying in the preparation for an operation or for diagnostics (e.g. X-rays, rectoscopies). Lecicarbon® can also be used in addition if other laxatives have previously been taken without success.

For short-term use in various causes of constipation.

Indication LECICARBON S CO2 infant laxative suppository:

 

  • For short-term use in various causes of constipation, for example, in the case of a diet low in waste products or a lack of exercise, as well as in the case of illnesses that require easier stool evacuation.
  • For emptying the intestines during diagnostic or therapeutic measures in the rectum area.
  • The preparation can also be used in addition if other laxatives have previously been taken without success.

 

Dosage LECICARBON S CO2 infant laxative suppository:

 

  • Unless otherwise prescribed, insert a suppository if necessary. If necessary, the application can be repeated after approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Suppositories are available in adult, child and infant dosages.
  • The respective type of suppository must be taken into account.
  • The preparation may be used over a longer period of time and does not lead to habituation.
  • In the case of chronic constipation, however, the doctor should always be consulted.

 

  • Notes in the event of an overdose: None are known.
way :
  • Insert suppository into the anus. A brief immersion in water beforehand makes insertion easier. For children, squeeze both buttocks together to avoid immediate squeezing out of the suppository. The onset of action occurs after 15 to 30 minutes.

  • Are none known.
  • A notice:
    • In rare cases, inserting the suppository may cause a slight burning sensation that goes away quickly.
  • If side effects occur during use that are not listed here, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.

  • No interactions known.
Contraindications :
  • The drug must not be used in case of intestinal obstruction (ileus) and megacolon (pathological enlargement of the rectum from various causes); especially in children and infants for all diseases in the anal and rectal area where there is a risk of excessive carbon dioxide entering the bloodstream.

  • Particular caution is required when taking/using.

    • You may use the medicine during pregnancy after consulting your doctor.
  • Breastfeeding:
    • You can use the medicine while breastfeeding.
