wine Duckweed (lat. Lemna minor) belongs to the plant communities of slow-flowing or standing water and can be found all over the world. They are the smallest known flowering plants, consisting only of a small green floating leaf and an approximately 10mm long root hanging freely in the water. Through vegetative sprouting, more plants emerge from the floating leaf, which can cover entire ponds from June to September. Duckweed contains traces of iodine and vitamin B12.

Ingredients:
White wine* 84%, honey, flavoring with aromatic herbs, cinnamon, duckweed 2%, field mustard, tormentil, bedstraw, pepper, ginger, sage, fennel seeds.
