Recommended LGG, live bacteria from Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG capsules dosage:
Take
1 capsule twice a day (= 1 portion) with a glass of water or diluted milk with meals. It is recommended for small children to open the capsule (pull the two halves of the capsule apart). The contents can be stirred into cool to lukewarm water, diluted milk (1 part low-fat milk, 2 parts water) or baby food. In order for the lactobacilli GG to remain viable, they must not be stirred into fruit juices, tea, hot food or drinks (over 37 °C).
Note:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
Storage:
Store
at room temperature (maximum 30°C). After opening, store at a maximum of 25 °C and consume within 4 weeks
