How does the active ingredient in the medication work?
The active ingredient in the medication is carbomer. Carbomer gels are used as artificial tears without any pharmacologically active components. The hydrophilic carbomer gel in the medication is a film former and acts as a lubricant. It prolongs the contact time of the tear film on the cornea and increases tear volume.

How to use?
Instill the drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye. Tilt your head back for application. After instilling the drops, close your eye slowly and gently press on the tear duct between your nose and inner eyelid with your finger.
How long should it be used?
In principle, there is no time limit on the duration of use; the medication can therefore be used long-term. However, the duration of use depends on the type of complaint and/or the duration of the illness and will be determined by your doctor.
Overdose?
No symptoms of overdose are known. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.
Generally, be especially careful with dosage in infants, young children, and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any possible effects or precautions.
