  • Oral.
  • Please take the coated tablets with sufficient liquid (e.g. a glass of water).
  • Always take this medicine exactly as directed. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
  • Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
    • Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over take 1-2 coated tablets (milk thistle fruit extract corresponding to 105-210 mg silymarin, HPLC) of this preparation twice daily.

 

  • Duration of application
    • The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor. If symptoms persist despite taking this medication, a doctor should be consulted.
  • Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you feel that the effect of this preparation is too strong or too weak.

 

  • If you have taken a larger amount than you should
    • No symptoms of poisoning have been observed to date. In case of overdose, the described side effect may occur to a greater extent.
    • If you suspect an overdose of this medicine, please contact your doctor. There is no known specific antidote.

 

  • If you forgot to take it
    • Do not take a double dose, but continue taking the medication as directed or as prescribed by your doctor.
