- This preparation is a herbal medicine for liver diseases.
- It is used to improve subjective symptoms such as loss of appetite, pressure in the right upper abdomen, liver damage caused by liver-damaging substances as well as by improper nutrition (toxic-nutritional liver damage) and chronic liver inflammation (hepatitis).

- Please swallow the hard capsules whole with sufficient liquid at mealtimes (preferably with a glass of drinking water [200 ml]).

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:

Adult
- Single dose: 1 hard capsule (600 mg phospholipids from soybeans)
- Total daily dose: 1 hard capsule 3 times daily (1800 mg phospholipids from soybeans)
- Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended.
- There is insufficient data to provide specific dosage recommendations for patients with impaired renal function.
