• Please swallow the hard capsules whole with sufficient liquid (preferably a glass of drinking water [200 ml]) at mealtimes.

• Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
  • Age or (body weight): Adolescents aged 12 and over (approx. 43 kg) and adults
    • Single dose: 2 hard capsules (600mg phospholipids from soybeans)
    • Total daily dose: 2 hard capsules 3 times daily (1800mg phospholipids from soybeans)
  • Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended.

• Duration of application
