Recommended dosage:
Take 1/2 - 1 tablet daily with a meal and enough liquid without chewing. If you have an increased need for magnesium, for example due to heavy physical exertion in connection with a low-magnesium diet, take 1 tablet daily.
If you only have an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.
