Recommended Magnesium 400 depot system tablets, magnesium and vitamin B6 dosage:
Take 1/2 -1 tablet daily with a meal and enough liquid without chewing.
If you have an increased magnesium requirement, e.g. B. due to heavy physical exertion in connection with a low-magnesium diet, take 1 tablet daily.
If you only have an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.
