Recommended Magnesium 500+Potassium Tablets consumption :
Consume ½ - 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid.
If you have an increased need for magnesium, for example due to heavy physical exertion at work and during sports and in connection with a low-magnesium diet, consume 1 tablet.
As a dietary supplement, consume only ½ tablet.
